These terms of use govern access to the ÉLINE L'ATELIER website, published by BYREN (SARL, Bobigny RCS 931 080 378). Orders are governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Access reserved for professionals
The catalogue, prices and ordering are reserved for professionals with an approved account. Every account application is checked manually; BYREN may refuse it without giving reasons.
2. Account and login details
Users provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. Prices and conditions available from the account are confidential and reserved for the account holder's business use.
3. Use of the website
It is forbidden to use the website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt its operation or to extract its content by automated means (bots, scraping). BYREN may suspend or close any account in the event of a breach.
4. Availability
BYREN endeavours to keep the website accessible at all times but cannot guarantee it; access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance. Information on the website may be changed at any time.

The website content (texts, photographs, visuals, logos) is protected. Its use is limited to what is permitted by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
